Adam Red is a growing Atlanta-based branding agency responsible for developing several in-house and client brands from scratch. We have laid a solid foundation; however, long-term, sustainable growth will require the development of a capable, driven, and visionary team of knowledge workers. Vivid Brands: Vivid Talk™ Radio, Vivid Talk™ LIVE, and Vivid Magazine is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work alongside our Principal. Up to this point, she has been the sole strategic and development force in every department. The Digital Marketing Coordinator markets products, services, and events by developing and implement marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns; tracking sales data and analytics; maintaining promotional materials and product inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases, and preparing reports.

Job Duties:

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • There are no educational requirements; however, computer skills are imperative
  • Successful candidate must be positive, detail-oriented, quick-witted, adaptable, and relentless
  • Process and workflows are everything, so the ability to master a suite of proven productivity tools is required
  • General mastery of email clients, especially MailChimp and Infusionsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Marketing Automation
  • Working knowledge of social media management apps and tools, especially Hootsuite and Coschedule
  • Must be equal parts administrative maven and strategic wonder
  • An eye for style applied to every project and every task–from administrative to creative to writing
  • Skilled communicator in writing, in person, and online
  • General understanding of WordPress Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Broadcast experience helpful for radio and television show production and promotion
  • Fearless pursuit of knowledge, determined problem-solving, and the ability to use your brain
  • Reading is fundamental and a must-have for this position
  • The only thing that trumps reading is effective, consistent, organized project management–projects are our world

Job Type:



Project Fee Basis, Plus Commissions (based on skills, availability and performance)
