WHAT SHE DOES
If there was such a thing as a professional love language, Brittney’s would be identifying patterns, bringing order, and solving problems. She is well organized, curious, and solution-oriented by nature. Defining and executing the project workflows for our clients is her jam. We all know it, and we rely on her to keep everything on track with the attention to the minutest of details. Picture a well-oiled machine. (Got it?) That’s Adam Red and your projects with Brittney. Project Management has a new super hero.
WHY SHE DOES IT
Bottom line she’s a champion for good, and her cape really starts blowing in the wind when she can help entrepreneurs get unstuck and execute their visions. She’s scouting the landscape to see who wants to be the next ________ (insert household brand name here) because she wants to be a part of helping them thrive. She’s always learning. She’s methodical in thought and action. She generously shares her knowledge because every efficiency makes life and work better and more profitable for everyone. Her philosophy is that no matter how big the vision, entrepreneurs can thrive if they have the structure and the team to bring it all together.
HOW SHE GOT HERE
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. As the oldest of two, Brittney has always been in charge. She’s naturally motivated to work hard–especially when she sees a need that is going unmet. There’s a focus and intensity that kicks into gear when she can bring structure, implement systems, and make connections when it’s needed the most.
WHY ADAM RED?
Brittney is a capable marketing professional with a track record of being a change maker. She gets immense satisfaction when she examines the situation, diagnoses the problem, and becomes the catalyst for a positive resolution. We’re grateful for that because at Adam Red, the sheer volume of tasks and demands requires her big picture perspective. To her, building brands is messy business that she believes can be cleaned up with some oh-so-exhilarating charts, applications, and plans.
WHEN SHE’S NOT WORKING
Brittney garners praise from her inner circle as an amateur chef and foodie, so her go-to is cooking for family and friends. Then, playing video and board games is often on the menu, followed by searching through house blueprints and real estate. Whenever she can, she’s breaking away to travel with her best friends from high school that she lovingly calls her Essentials.
