WHAT HE DOES
Courtney helps us tell stories in the most compelling way–in living, spectacular color. He creates and develops multimedia content. Whether it’s for internal announcements, external promotions, product marketing, recruiting, corporate training, or other enterprise-wide projects, he’s your man.
WHY HE DOES IT
Family. Strength. Competition. He wants to be the best at everything he does. He has a need to set the bar and then consistently raise it. Courtney wants to make his mother proud and be a pivotal role model for his children.
HOW HE GOT HERE
He was born in Chicago, Illinois, but he grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He has six siblings–four sisters and two brothers, but grew up the youngest of four. Yep. The baby of the family. That meant he learned to love being the center of attention. Before getting into video production, he had a successful career in retail sales and management–specifically in the bridal jewelry industry–leading teams in high end locations.
He is now the proud father of three: Alexander (28), Jaida (7), and Courtney (5). Starting over in parenthood has been an adventure. His girls have brought a new depth and passion into his life and helped him heal old wounds in the process.
WHY ADAM RED?
Courtney is a student of life and a natural storyteller, jokester, and some would say all-out clown. (Evidenced by the fact that he once changed his profile name and picture almost weekly using a new alias…until Facebook shut that down.) Though they just won’t let him be great, Adam Red is happy to embrace all that personality and ingenuity because it serves our clients well.
WHEN HE’S NOT WORKING
His most common and notable activity is spending time with his adult son and letting his two daughters wrap him more tightly around their delightful little fingers! When he’s away from them, exploring bourbon and taking in movies make his heart sing. That–and his dabbling with still photography–could be labeled low-key working, given his occupation, but if he does the latter at a Cardinals baseball game, is that still true?
